There are many elderly residents in our community who do not have the benefits that our tenants receive.

ALPHA's Aims

• Alpha aims to provide affordable homes for the elderly, and to support its residents to live independently.

• Alpha aims to provide the best possible service for its tenants, being responsive to the changing care/support needs of its service users.

• Alpha aims to provide a ‘Home for Life’.

• Alpha will always seek to provide ‘best value’ in all its services.

• Alpha will always seek to deal with people fairly and equally regardless of their religion, colour, ethnic origin, sex, marital status, age, or disability.

• Alpha will seek to develop the services it provides for its tenants in an endeavour to maintain empowerment of individuals.

Alpha constantly reviews the level of services provided to the elderly and seeks to improve them.

The introduction of several new services i.e, Weekly Meals Service, Support service - Cleaning, Shopping and laundry and financial advice.

We aim to provide a computer in each scheme to facilitate training; the objective is to ultimately provide an on-line Internet service for the use of all tenants for such purposes as shopping, banking, and general information and travel arrangements.
