House Managers

We have residential House Managers in most of our schemes and when not on duty we have a 24 hour communication link for use in emergencies. During annual holidays, bank holidays and weekends we have a relief House Manager based at most of our schemes.

• The House Manager acts as a good neighbour
• Assists in supporting benefit / financial advice
• A warden system with a daily early morning call
• A Support Plan (if required)
• Social Activities such as bingo and gentle exercise
