Alpha’s 2008 Action Plan for Continuous Improvement

ALPHA RSL Ltd is committed to providing an improved service to its residents and the local community, and with this in mind the organisation keeps in touch with national and local strategic planning in order to ensure the provision of affordable and sustainable housing for all.

For 2008 ALPHA is proposing to offer more in the way of services to its residents and the local community via the following:

• To continue to follow the guidance from the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Housing Corporation, the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Centre of Sheltered Housing Studies, and the Local Authority to ensure an improved service provision.

• The extension of ‘ALPHAcare’ into the local community.

• The extention of a Luncheon Club for the benefit of residents and the local community.

• Moving into Heswall with properties in Hesslewell Court.

• The completion of the refurbishment of the Manor House

• To improve facilities within the schemes to eliminate social exclusion owing to individual vulnerability.

• Pursuing opportunites to extend into Cheshire
