ALPHA’s 2011 Action Plan

The action plan has been amended considerably with the acquisition of four schemes in the North West from Anchor Trust, a national organisation that is rationalising its stock.

The developments acquired include:

• Naseby Court, Prestwick, Bury
• St Clements Court, Macclesfield
• Rocklands, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire
• Regent Court, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire

ALPHA has also agreed to acquire Saxon Court in St Helens later in the year.

ALPHA is continuing to review its standards and provisions to its residents and the local community via the following:

• Extending ALPHACARE throughout its portfolio.
• Pursuing opportunities to extend further in the North West and North Midlands.
• Refurbishing 2 schemes this year – Willow Court, Winsford, Cheshire and Bedford Court, Birkenhead, Wirral.
