ALPHA is a housing association which was established in Wirral, the North West of England, over 40 years ago.

We provide quality affordable apartments for the elderly in Bebington, Bromborough, Heswall, Wallasey, Birkenhead and Upton.
We have professionally qualified staff whose expertise is providing quality accommodation and services for the elderly.
We are a charitable non-profit making organisation and are managed by a Committee of volunteers which includes residents from our schemes.
We are a member of the National Housing Federation and are registered with the Tenant Services Authority.

More than Just Housing

House Managers: Most of our schemes have House Managers and a 24 hour warden call system to support our residents to live independently. The House Manager acts as a good neighbour providing support services to our residents.; Click here for more information

Luncheon Club: ALPHA operates a Luncheon Club every week Monday to Friday at three of our schemes. All five days are open to all residents of any scheme as well as other elderly persons within the locality.; Click here for more information
